Because of how dead the board as a whole seems to be and because of how much I would like to stimulate some conversation, I think that I will attempt another "Sesame Street" tie-in. As you can see, the last post on this page is mine, but the thread was started by someone else. The thread before that is titled "Return of the Raisins" and it is mine. This thread has no responses and the number of views has stagnated at 6 for quite some time. This makes me think of a Bert and Ernie skit in which Bert sings about 6 being his favorite number. Ernie points out that there are 5 fingers on your hand and 7 days in a week but that there are not really 6 of anything. Picking a number that the average person would not even consider is part of Bert's charm and what makes him who he is! A while back, there was a thread that I posted that also stagnated at 6. I think it was on the "Gimme a Break!" page but I am not sure. In response to this situation, I posted one called "Bert's Favorite Number". If you can find it, I would be very interested in what you think of this thread or the one that it was in response to!
