I'm buying my HOUSE!:D Yesterday I signed the loan papers to get things started, Monday and Tuesday are the Pest inspection and Appraisal. I'm hoping to close by Dec. 10th. I never knew that it costs initially more than the down payment:eek:

Thanks!:D It's a 1bd 1ba 800sqf Cottage about 35 minutes from where I currently live. In this current market the investors are going for the fixer uppers and putting cash down and meanwhile they are overlooking the small houses, luckily for me. The house was on the market for 52 days with no offers.
