This is truly a horrible and sad story. So far there is no closure for this victim.

Very sad case, I read somewhere else that their was a theory he was a child of the daughter of the people who looked after the girls home, first time i've seen the picture of him clothed and heard the theory that he was loved by the people who dumped him. My guess is he was not from the local area.

Yeah I agree with you. They said one of his feet and hand looked like they were submerged in water for a while. I think he was punished that day for doing something and they lost their temper and beat him to death.
