Did any of you like this remake? I was a huge fan of the original with Marc Summers, i grew up with the show. But, i didnt really like this remake. The host didnt seem as energetic as Marc, and the music wasnt as cool as the old one. What did you think?

I believe that that the host's name is Jason Harris, who seems like a dead ringer to being Ben Savage's long lost twin if you ask me.

There was a Celebrity Double Dare 2000 where they played the original theme at the end of the show, other than that it seemed as though the game was rushed. The set ahd changed a little but I liked it Better with Marc and the old set is better. Imo Nick needs to show their origal Double Dare and recreate Finder's Keepers

It wasn't awful. In fact, I think the loyal friends and true of the original Double Dare are way too hard on Jason Harris and his version.

Sure, he and Tiffany were no March and Harvey, and there was a bit more in the way of gimmicks, but the heart & soul of the game was the same.

BTW, Marc Summers was the Supervising Producer for Double Dare 2000.
