It is not listed on jackiegleason.com and imdb.com's IMDb Pro lists the WRONG address for Jackie Gleason Enterprises. Here is the WRONG address:

Park Sheraton Hotel
811 7th Ave.
New York, NY 10019
USA

Phone: 212-581-1000

I called the number and I got told from a lady who works there that that hotel has no office related to JGE. I wonder where that company is located. I tried Yahoo! Yellow Pages for Miami Beach and I got nothing either.

From 1952 to 1964, Gleason's production companies (besides the aforementioned Jackie Gleason Enterprises, there was also Peekskill Enterprises that mounted his 1962-70 variety show) were indeed at the Park Sheraton Hotel - whose address was 870 Seventh Avenue; the zip was correct, however. It moved out of there the year The Great One moved himself, his show and his entourage to Florida.

As for the Park Sheraton itself, its name is now the Park Central. Gleason's company, from what I recall, hadn't been there in years.

And 811 Seventh Avenue opened in 1962 as the Americana Hotel; it is now Sheraton New York. This may explain part of the confusion - but not all of it. I don't think Gleason's companies ever worked out of that building.

But as to where JGE is now based, that I honestly can't tell you.

Wow! You think the information that I got on imdb.com would have been correct.

I was just trying to get information on the eight short Color Honeymooners sketches like were all of them shown on TV and why they haven't been released on DVD.

They were shown on TV - as sketches on his variety show, mostly during the 1968-69 season.

Thank you.

A few years ago, some person (don't know who) on the old board brought up the possibility that tehy weren't shown on TV. His question was something along the lines of: "Where the short Color sketches shown on TV?"
