Waterston_Fan 11-01-2009, 11:46 AM Get the hell out of first place!! You don't even deserve the games you won!! The Bolts are taking over once you start losing and you can't stop!!
Let's see if you can beat Baltimore, Steelers, Giants, Eagles and the Colts!!
GO CHARGERS!!!! :D
Mr. Television 11-01-2009, 11:49 AM Well I'll be watching the Broncos-Ravens game today and I'm rooting for the Ravens. We'll see if they really are a good team today.

Ohhhh.. You are soooo lucky... :(
I get the Indy/SF game on FOX in the morning, no morning game on CBS...
No afternoon game on FOX since the Chargers are being aired on CBS at that time..
I didn't know that when a home team is being played, the afternoon game on the opposite network doesn't air.
bandito 11-01-2009, 01:24 PM GO BRONCOS!!!!!!!

Yup, when your local team plays at home there is never a opposite game on another network. Like here in philly today, at 1pm on Fox, the Giants/Eagles and on CBS nothing-lol But at 4pm there is a CBS game involving the Raiders but of course I will be watching the Vikings and Packers on Fox

I'm just sorry the Eagles won... :(
Giants are going to be playing with their backs to the wall.
This is their third straight loss?

Next Sunday night...The Eagles and Cowboys for first place.
Big C 11-01-2009, 05:59 PM The Cowboys are a better team than most of us thought they were.

I'm glad that you were right, although I'll reserve judgement until after the Eagles game. I don't know how many penalties or turnovers they had today, but that was what was killing the Cowboys in the first few games of the season.

Exactly, no compliments until after the Eagles Game.

As long as they have GOOFY ELI Manning you don't need to fear the Giants

TVFactFan 11-01-2009, 06:29 PM Eli is a Superbowl Champion.
You can't live off 1 SB forever. He is a clown in my book. He is intimidated by MEN which leaves me to believe he may go both ways. I have never in my life seen a QB as scared as he is when faced with defensive pressure in my NFL watching life
Waterston_Fan 11-01-2009, 06:51 PM Eli is a Superbowl Champion.
No he's not...
He didn't really win it, it was his defense.
Didn't deserve that MVP award either.

Thank you, all he did was stumble and bumble his way out of the hands of a defensive player and then just threw the ball up for grabs.

Oh, so Eli didn't make any plays when he had to, I must have been watching a different Superbowl than you.
Sorry, whether you like it or not Eli won a Superbowl.

So did Trent Dilfer, Mark Rypien, and Doug Williams
bandito 11-01-2009, 08:10 PM So did Trent Dilfer, Mark Rypien, and Doug WilliamsYou can't put Eli in that class. Those 3 aren't playing anymore, Eli still has a good 10 more seasons left. Unless you have a crystal ball, you don't know if Eli will win another SB.
