One thing that I noticed about Fran is that whenever she had occasion to refer to her own butt, she would call it her ass. This was part of her bold, pushy persaonalty. However, Jamie always seemed far more tactful than Fran. Now one thing that I would like to point out here is that even though Fran was bold and aggressive, I thought that she was dipicted as a rather nice lady. One time when she was temporarily seperated from Mark, she had a date with Ira. She showd up at the Buchman's aprartment wearing jeans. She explained to Jamie that she was wearing them because she was having a good ass day! This was very typical of her personality. Jamie was hanging out in her apartment and was also wearing Jeans at the time. She wanted reasurance from her husband about how good she looked. She turned her back to him and said, "Paul, am I having a good ass day? I thought that this was quite out of character for Jamie!
