yes, the host is rude, but is is soooo funny! the host smiled for the first time last night!!!! haha

It's a cool show, but at times I think that Anne Robinson is really rude. She has some great one-liners though.
My fave is: "Who's a few fries short of a Happy Meal?"
and of course "You are the weakest link. Goodbye."

I love this show! Last night Rob Schneider was so funny. And I can't believe they kicked that guy from Cheers off! He was so nice. He's the only person Ann was ever nice to.

You know - Anne Robinson isn't THAT mean. When the show first started in the UK she was actually pretty nice to the contestants. The only reason she got nasty was to boost the ratings!

her rudness is what caught my attention,
and is what i tell people when i tell them to watch the show so i would say it does boost her ratings!

yeah i love the weakest link, anne robinson is why i started watching the show in the first place.I like when she say "it's votes that count and you are the weakest link goodbye. i love the way she says goodbye.

And, in real life, Anne Robinson isn't that rude. She's my idle! I love her snappy insults.

Anne is great, and she has some funny zingers, especially when the players don't bank any money.
