I think that it's safe to say that NBC (at least the proper version) hasn't been doing too well as of late. They, the last time that I checked are in fourth place in the over all ratings among broadcast networks (the CW doesn't count since they're for all intensive purposes, not a "real TV network" - especially wtih Dawn Ostroff in charge). It really doesn't help matters that they've resorted to programming Jay Leno at 10 p.m. for five nights a week (as means of saving money). Plus, giving the rumors swirling about Comcast wanting to purchase at least 50% of NBC Universal, translates in an uncertain or not so promising future for the Peacock Network.

Now, I've so far started discussions about ways to improve the Disney owned and Time-Warner owned TV outlets. Since my mind is on such a thing, I figure that I might as well offer the same sort of thing for the NBC Universal family (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:NBC_Universal_networks):
Bravo

Chiller

CNBC

MSNBC

Oxygen

ShopNBC

Slueth

SyFy (formerly the Sci-Fi Channel)

USA- I would definitely bring back Cartoon Express and the comedy blocks. There would also be a limit to how often a show can air.
