It was about a former Marine who went on a radio show and talked about Guantanimo Bay, and the stuff that the movie "A Few Good Men" was about. He got a job at UPS, and suspected some shady goings-on there. Anyway he came up missing, and they found him shot execution style with his military jacket on, which he never wore. His body was found close to a shooting range, so no one thought the shots fired were out of place. Does anyone know if the case was ever solved?

I remember this case very well. It was about David Cox from Needham, MA who was in the Marines and was part of the real events that inspired the movie "A Few Good Men." The difference is that in real life the soldier getting the Code Red didn't die. David was one of about nine who carried out the Code Red. He was mad at how he was portrayed in the movie and I think he sued or wanted to sue the movie company.

He was later found dead and as far as I can find, it was never solved. I'm not even sure if it was officially labeled a murder (there was some talk it was "accidental" because he was found near a shooting range or something like that). The theories were that he was murdered by union people because he allegedly turned in a couple of them for something, or that it was by members of the military for retaliation about his original story.

I searched for quite a while but couldn't find any updates on the case other than what they originally knew.
