View Full Version : What are you all dressing up as on Halloween?
Chocoholic 10-13-2009, 05:56 PM My friend is having a Halloween party on Halloween night and I'm trying to decide on a costume. I'm leaning towards something funny as opposed to scary. And no, I am not dressing up as Pinocchio or a twister! ;)
Really, the only thing I like about Halloween is all the chocolate :happyface
JamesG 10-13-2009, 06:04 PM I do my own make-up; probably do a skull design.
coffield3 10-13-2009, 06:40 PM Just being myself, I'm scary enough!!
Courtnee 10-13-2009, 07:14 PM It depends on the party. Either a sexy nurse or a flapper girl (again)
Schmoopie 10-14-2009, 12:53 AM Since Halloween is on Saturday this year, I'm not dressing up since I usually dress up for work. Plus the Seattle Aquarium canceled their annual Halloween event so I can't dress up for that. But one of these years I'm going to dress up as Snoopy! I have the costume all planned out!
Crimson and Clover 10-14-2009, 04:37 PM a fairy
LuLu Rogers 10-15-2009, 12:36 AM A M*A*S*H doctor ;)
Last year I went to a party as a Nudist on strike, I wore a sign around my neck  ;)
treky 10-15-2009, 01:07 AM same thing I dress up as every year-nothing. I don't celebrate halloween. It's just another day to me.
*Pleasant Tomorrow* 10-15-2009, 04:24 PM I was too lazy to be creative this year and make my own, so I went to the Halloween store and there was only one costume for young women my age: slut. Thanks, I'm be here all night...but seriously.
Anyway, this gypsy one was one of the least slutty ones I could find. I'm only dressing up because of the Halloween dance at school that's pretty fun. I'm not as hot as her, but it's less skanky on me because I'm shorter and the skirt doesn't flare out like in the pic. But I have the hair for it! Woo.
sunshinefizzy 10-15-2009, 05:37 PM I think I'll stick a pillow under my shirt and be a pregnant lady. That'll scare people.
comedyfreak 10-16-2009, 04:06 AM I may go to the church community fair then to my Niece's house. I'm going as a Star Fleet officer complete with phaser and communicator.
Number 9 Dream 10-23-2009, 11:00 PM A pirate :) I have the costume and some accessories (dangly skull and crossbone earrings and a black choker with handcuffs on them). Now I just need to get some fishnets stockings to go with my combat boots. I'm thinking I might add some fake tattoos just to give it more of an edge.
catlover79 10-23-2009, 11:10 PM A cowgirl this year - just to do something a bit different this year.
Marvo301 10-23-2009, 11:29 PM Since I have a hard hat I was thinking of dressing up as the constuction worker from the Village People. Then I thought I could go around and ask people "have you seen an Indian and a motorcycle cop around here?"
catlover79 10-23-2009, 11:46 PM I think I'll stick a pillow under my shirt and be a pregnant lady. That'll scare people.
Do you have a boyfriend? That would REALLY scare him.
PlayOn 10-25-2009, 05:09 PM I'm going as the scarecrow from 'The Wizard of Oz.' Matter of fact, a bunch of my family are dressing up as 'The Wizard of Oz' characters.
catlover79 10-25-2009, 05:17 PM Since I have a hard hat I was thinking of dressing up as the constuction worker from the Village People. Then I thought I could go around and ask people "have you seen an Indian and a motorcycle cop around here?"
Marv, I'm a cowgirl and my nephew is a fireman. Too bad we couldn't all get together, find people to dress up as a cop and an Indian and go out as the Village People!!
catlover79 10-25-2009, 07:26 PM Me and my nephews at the church Halloween party earlier this afternoon:

There's actually a cowboy in the Village People too so your Cowgirl costume would work! And your nephews are so cute!!
catlover79 10-26-2009, 12:44 AM Thanks everyone for them kind words! Here are a couple more pics of my with my favorite boys:
ekkostar 10-26-2009, 05:41 AM According to the photo site Flickr, the idea of dressing up as Robert Palmer and rounding up some same-looking women isn't new. :P
Actually, I'm surprised as to how many have pulled that off for their parties, check out the photos on there sometime. Although no men make the effort to really look like RP at all. They forget his odd hair part most of the time. :(
Dude111 10-18-2023, 10:42 PM I do my own make-up; probably do a skull design. That probably looked good Jimmy!!
