My thoughts on tonight's game:

1. For all I heard about Lidge's shakiness at times during the season, what happened to Huston Street? He had to get one out, one strike, and there would have been a game 5- couldn't seal the deal.

2. When Utley drew a walk, I knew the Rockies would be in trouble. Ryan Howard is a SCARY guy at the plate when runners are on base.

3. Do you think Philly made the right decision to send in the other guy before Lidge came in?

4. A game is never over until the final out, regardless of deficit.

5. After what happened with the Angels/Red Sox on Sunday, I felt that Colorado was not in the clear even after the three-run eighth.

6. Did anyone see when that guy on the Rockies leapt over Chase Utley? Bizarre.

Because they lost Adenhart? It was horrible that they lost him, but remember Brian, we lost Harry Kalas as well. He could of been as close to a player, if not one, as anybody. 38 years with us, and he passed tragically. But yeah, I can't wait for this week-weekend. Both series should be A LOT of fun. I think both series could go 6/7 games, and could be all close games too.

3. Scott Eyre. And yes. Lidge pitched the whole inning today- I don't mean today, but I mean today LOL :lol:. Game 3 I am referring to, and it was almost 2:30 AM by the time the game ended early this morning, so Eyre came in first, then Lidge shut em down. I was more worried about Eyre's health, considering he fell to the ground in last night's/this morning's first game, but he is/was ok. charlie wouldn't of put him out their if he wasn't, or 100% either.

6. Reminded me when Brent Celek jumped over the Tampa Bay player during Sunday afternoon's Eagles-Bucs game, except his jump worked (Celek's) lol.
