When I was a little girl back in the 60's, I used to watch the original "PASSWORD". and I used to fantasize being on there. Once when I was in second grade, I was in a courtesy plan, and I used to fantasize both me and my classmates reciting our lines right up there on stage right in front of Allen Ludden. Unfortunately, in 1966, "PASSWORD" was replaced with "GREEN ACRES" as my very favorite show.
Back in March, while I was sick with pneumonia, my brother taped for me the original "PASSWORD" that's now being shown on the Game Show Network, and wow, I haven't seen these shows in least 35 years since I've seen these shows. Of course, I was in school when there were on.
However, ten years ago, my mother said that I had a crush on Allen Ludden as a teenager, and I never did. I don't think Betty White would have like it. But anyway, he had that boyish charm and handsome good looks.
