dawsongirl 05-23-2001, 11:01 PM Well, you can look at my screen name and tell who I'll say, but I'll say it anyway:
RICHARD DAWSON!!!
But, I also liked Gene Rayburn. Todd Newton on Hollywood Showdown is good too.
Slippery Dan 05-24-2001, 01:35 AM I like Richard Dawson on Family Feud. I also like Louie Anderson. Gene Rayburn was great in Match Game. I also liked Allen Ludden on Password and Password Plus. Alex Trebek was great on Classic Concentration. Also Robert Q Louis on the old The Name's The Same. But I can't forget the best game show host ever. Monty Hall.
dawsongirl 05-24-2001, 01:12 PM I forgot about Robert Q. He was great on Name's the Same.

A Gilligan Fan ss 05-24-2001, 03:46 PM My favorites are:
Regis Philbin - Who Wants To Be A Millionaire ( Watch it every time it comes on)
Pat Sajack - Wheel Of Fortune (Watch it every week day)
Alex Trebeck - Jeopardy (Watch it every week day)
Bob Barker - Price is Right (Watch it in the summer, when on summer vacation or when off from school)
Madness 05-24-2001, 09:56 PM Ray Combs-the funniest and best game show host of the late 80's-mid 90's!
Bob Barker-also the best. Still kickin' at 77! He will go down as the most popular and deservedly 'best' game show host of all time!
Wink Martindale-who doesn't think of this guy when game shows are mentioned? I still to this day can't get that haunting image of him before he'd come out on Debt--where he'd stand like he was on Saturday Night Fever! Why Wink Why?!
Regis Philbin-savior of ABC, good enough to make the list. And that's my final answer.
JD Roth-cool host--the 'in crowd' host and potential to be a future legend.
Jennifer Cole-pretty darn hot
Ron Ely(Face the Music)-short lived host but was pretty good
Jim Lange(Name that Tune)-great host
Todd Newton -pretty good. Funny too!
Chuck Woolery -yet another legend. Do you have the need for greed?
Monty Hall-living legend. Who else had the guts to sell people donkeys?
David Ruprecht-this guy made supermarkets cool and is still doing so today.
Dick Clark-another legend. The man could host until he's 100 yet people would still claim he's only 47!
I guess that's it. I mean, I hope that's it! http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/cool.gif Hopefully, I won't be back in 2 and 2!
