Great news. No word yet about whether the eps are unedited or not, but for those of us who are willing to buy the set anyway, it's great to know it's on its way! It's scheduled for release January 26th, 2010.

Yes and no. I figured it'd be covered by someone else over there since I rarely frequent it. I also figured fans of the show might be in the same position (they like the show but don't visit its message board) and given the link between the two shows and the fact that it's just ONE thread, what harm is there?
Still, I'm sure many will continue to nitpick since there's nothing else they have going on... :rolleyes: (I don't mean to necessarily call you that catlover79, but I do think my reasons for posting it on this message board should be fairly obvious; hope you agree)

Perhaps, but shouldn't we also be discussing why Rhoda is mentioned on the box but not actually in season 5??!?!

Sweet. Let's get the uncut eps this time, huh? I still don't believe S1's quibbles were ALL Shout's fault (hey they had to answer to Fox, and we know they can be rather reckless with the MTM library), and at least they're responsive to our opinions and quick to continue the series. If Fox doesn't want to release MTM shows, they should just hand ALL the reigns to Shout.
I think I will post on Val's Twitter about her appearing on bonuses. It may not mean anything, but hey, it's worth a try!
And can we PLEAAAAAASE have the Carlton cartoon as a bonus? MTM/Fox owns that too, right? (so it wouldn't be like them not being able to use the That Girl cartoon)

Is good news about season 2 of Rhoda,Shout have said they've listened to the complaints about the edited season1 episodes so fingers crossed!

Awesome news! Glad season 2 of this show didn't take as long as it did for Mary's to be announced. :)
