That's right folks, I am bringing back the Appreciation Threads ;), but not just to have one, because Marvo is one of the most caring, respectful, friendly/nice, great members on the boards. He cares for everybody, gives advice, and can even tell a good joke here and their too ;). The guy is just a great person. He has given me a lot of help and advice, along with a few other friends of mine on these boards, but I figured he deserved 110% to get his own thread. Marv, thanks for everything bud :). Well, this is one appreciation thread I'm definitely happy to see!! Finally! Marv is one of those 'behind the scenes' guys. He says so many kind things, that it often goes unnoticed. I always think of Marv as SO's good samaritan. He never complains and has always reached out to help people and pray for them. I definitely consider him a great friend, and I just wanna let him know in this thread, that he has really touched my heart with all the kind things he's said to me.. the prayers, compliments, etc.

Marvo is a great member and I consider him a good friend. I have at admit, it's nice to have another Canuck as a regular poster as I think we "get" each other as fellow countrymen. He's also a good example of how friendly the folks out West are. His heart is as big as the redwoods that grow, and the mountains around him. :)

And let me be the first this year to wish him a very happy Thanksgiving this coming weekend. Hope your weather is warmer than the early chill we're getting out this way!! :wave:

marvin is like my guardian angel, he's always there with a kind word of encouragement, words of wisdom, and great advice. he's given me his support through thick and thin and i'm honored to have him as a friend.

I think that all you really need to know about Marv is spelled out quite clearly in his avatar picture. The warmth, the decency and sense of fun that picture embodies is how I see the man who posted it.

I haven't known him long, but I can already tell this is a man of deep and true character who brightens the lives of everyone around him.

(Yep, I know I already posted here but I wanted to post something a bit less fluffy than the first one. He deserves it.)
