BET has teamed up with convicted football player Michael Vick for an eight-part docu-series slated to air in 2010. The Los Angeles Times reports that the disgraced star, currently a member of the Philadelphia Eagles after serving 18 months in prison for running a Virginia dogfighting operation, hopes that the “serious and somber” show “can be a blueprint for so many kids.”

I found out a press release was done friday morning by one of the people involved with the show.

Anybody checking out this show? I did work on it a production assistant. I encourage all of you to check it out whether you love him or hate him. See what he has to say in regards to the situation he went through and share your thoughts.
