I've only sampled a few of the new television programs, but I like what I have
seen so far. My own favorites include:

Three Rivers. It's good to see Alex O'Loughlin back with another series.
He's a very good actor. He told TV Guide that he wasn't sure he could
pull it off at first, but--judging from the pilot--I think he is very convincing as
Dr. Andy Yablonski.

Hank. Again judging solely on the basis of the pilot, I think Kelsey
Grammer has another winner on his hands. Last week's episode was pretty
darn funny.

The Vampire Diaries. This sort of hybrid horror/soap opera has gotten
me hooked, from the very beginning, because of the relationships between
the characters. I liked Roswell (which was also based on a popular
series of books) for the same reason.

Loving The Middle, Modern Family, and Cougar Town (which is turning out to be my favorite of the new comedies). ABC could have real comedy hits on their hands here. Glee is also awesome, but unfortunately, I've been watching it online. This is one show that more people need to be watching - so clever, so witty, yet its getting buried in its timeslot.

Community is alright, but not nearly as good as I was expecting. Accidentally on Purpose is a bust, and Hank is only okay for me, although I probably won't be watching from here on. Flash Forward is another one I'm watching online, but it's also a nicely-done drama for ABC. And 2 returning shows that are so far having great seasons: Big Bang Theory and Medium.

I absolutely love The Middle and Modern Family

Hank was ok, I'll give it a few more episodes to win me over

Accidentally on Purpose was kinda lame - I'll be watching Monday Night Football instead

Community is ok, I like parts of it but I'm never blown away by it. It might be one of those "I'll watch it when I have time and it's on" but I'm not going to make extra time for it

I haven't had enough time to sample the dramas

The Good Wife is my favorite new show. NCIS:LA is an up and down show. I liked last weeks show but hated this weeks. I'm not sure about Flash Forward. It's an okay show but it hasn't really become that addicting to me. It's not like Lost. The Middle and Hank were pretty good.

The only show I really really like at this point is Glee. I also think Hank and The Middle have potential to do welll those shows are still growing on me.
