Is there somewhere I can send Cindy a photograph to be signed?

These addresses used to work, and it's possible that they still might. I just haven't seen a response reported from either of them in a while.

I sent a photo to one of those two years ago and have not received the photo back yet.

Cindy told my friend once that she tries to check her mail, but sometimes can't get back to the places to read it, but she eventually does.
