I thought it'd be fun and interesting to compare the Farmers' Almanac weather predictions with the actual conditions we're experiencing and see how accurate it is. Please find and indicate what region of the country you live in and whether you agree with the weather for that time frame
OCTOBER 4TH -7TH
NORTHEAST - Dry and cool
GREAT LAKES AND MIDWEST - Many showers and a few thunderstorms Great Lakes south to Kentucky.
SOUTHEAST - Dry and cooler, hurricane threat for Outer Banks of North Carolina, but system should rapidly spin away to the northeast.
NORTH CENTRAL - Most of the Rockies are dry and cool. Many showers and a few thunderstorms move east from Great Plains.
SOUTH CENTRAL - Many showers and a few thunderstorms move from the Southern Plains to the western Gulf of Mexico.
NORTHWEST - Very unsettled:confused:
SOUTHWEST - Fair, then turning windy, with some showers.
