She is making a pork shoulder with yellow rice, string beans, potatoe salad, and corn bread. I tried one of their "chicken bowls" today. OMG is it ever GOOD!! It's a bowl with mashed potatoes, then corn niblets, then popcorn chicken, covered in melted cheese and gravy dumped on top.
