The first regular episode after the pilot is set entirely at the Brady home and Carol and the girls seem all moved in. We get to see almost all of the Brady home and what a fantastic home/set it is.

Tiger is no where to be seen in this episode and Alice does not appear until the end of the 2nd act (assuming each episode has 4 acts (act 1 - teaser, act 2, act 3 and act 4 - tag)).

I always thought that once Carol and Mike had both spoken with Alice about who wrote the letter that Alice would have put 2 and 2 together and said something but Alice did once say that "the last time I got between a man and his wife was the last time I got between a man and his wife."

I love the music just at the start of the 3rd act when Greg and Marcia are working in the garden.

I love the music at the start of the third act also. I think that all of the backround/incidetal music used on the Brady Bunch is some of the best music of its kind ever. The music itself and the way it is produced is just excellent. I have always wanted to learn more about the creation and the use of this music. I wish too, that you could buy a CD with all of the backround music used in this series, as it was quite extensive. I imagine that the master tapes are still contained somewhere.

They used quite a few music cues in The Brady Bunch Movie. I am not sure if they got these off surviving master tapes or whether they had the sheet music and recorded it from scratch. I often find that when I like a show that re-uses it's music cues that as I watch the episodes I sort of hum along to it in my head. As a sci-fi buff I have the soundtrack CDs to the likes of Lost in Space, Land of the Giants and Space: 1999 and they are all great listening. It's a shame that comedy programmes do not have this sort of material released. I doubt it would sell well but like you I'd buy.

It certainly sets the mood. The sad music almost makes me want to cry.
