Happy 59th Birthday Randy

I read in the newspaper recently that him and his wife were busted by the police because they didn't pay a hotel bill that they stayed at hahahahaha. I know he isn't broke LOL. What is he doing with his money? I know he hasn't done any movies in a long time.
