Hey, guys, is it okay to use Jim Reeves songs in fanfiction?

I'm not sure who Jim Reeves is but I think it's okay to use names of celebrities and products, stuff like that. I actually asked some authors if it was okay to use Audrey Hepburn's name in a book, and they said sure, but just don't say anything negative, or her family might not like it if they found out. I'd never do that in a million years anyway. I actually like books better if they mention famous people, places or things.
