Oh man, the Seahawks blew their chance at an undefeated season! I know I'm being WAY premature here since it's only the second game. Just trying to be optomistic!!! But really I have always disliked the 49ers, almost as much as I hate the Pittsburg Stealers!!!

It sucks that Matt Hasselback got hurt again. Here's a link to an article I found about it.

Anyway, it's only one loss, so hopefully they can bounce back next week. They played a good game, the little of it I saw. I know you guys probably think I'm  because I don't think I've ever mentioned actually watching an entire game before! The last time I did that was the 2005 Superbowl XL. I like having the game on or watching it at a restaurant or bar, but doing other things while it's on.

Either way, the Hawks have been awesome this year and the 49ers are hard to beat. GO HAWKS!!!

49ers look like the best team in the NFC west right now

Sol, you have to remember the Hawks have 10 regulars on I.R. right now. When the Hawks are healthy they can compete with anyone in the NFC west.

It is safe to say that Matt Hasselback will probably never be the same when he does come back. Seneca Wallace isn't a pure QB, but in their case, he will have to do.

I keep everything current, I mean as of 9/21/09, the niners look good. May not be the case on 10/21/09 but right now on 9/21/09, they look good

AndreaThere is NO WAY the Seahags were going to go undefeated. And you really need to get over losing the superbowl... You sound like your crybaby ex-coach.

Of course it's unlikely any team will go undefeated. It's a very rare feat. But I love Andrea's enthusiasm for her team.

I still think Seattle can make the playoffs, but running the table? That's farfetched.

Thank you!!! At least a few people on this board are respectful of others spirit for their teams. It's not like there are any other teams around the Pacific Northwest anyway. BTW, the Seahawks weren't undefeated when they went to the Superbowl either. It was just a hopeful comment.

At least the Seahawks seem very down to earth and don't think they are God's gift like some of the other pro teams. And I'm talking about the entire team, not individual players.

GO HAWKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I didn't realize that so many of our guys were hurt. Even The Seattle Times was fearing that this season would end up like last season. Oh, if only those pre-season games counted!;) Hopefully they'll still be okay. I've liked them through their worst seasons, so it doesn't really matter. But wins are always nice! ;)

That's not saying much Marv lol. The NFC West is the worst division in the NFL. Arizona won the division last year with 9 wins. but their wasn't any ounce of competition, behind Arizona, whatsoever.

Seattle has improved greatly in the off-season, so I give them that.
