Andy Reid doesn't have to say McNabb won't be playing. Anyone with any common sense at all already knows he won't be playing. Rib injuries are very painful and they take a lot longer than a week to heal!

It's a good thing for the Eagles that they signed Jeff Garcia. If Kolb can't get the job done at least they have a veteran QB who can take over.

Solomon, at least spell MCNABB's name right, before you say anything else. He's been around 10 years and you can't even spell his name?

ESPN was interviewing Garcia and asked him-"what made you choose the Eagles?

Jeff-"I didn't have any other options"

LOL

ESPN didn't know he was unemployed-lol

Sonny, Dallas should of gotten him, honestly. Romo sucks, and it wouldn't of been a stupid move. Would be very smart but nobody in D would do that, ya gotta admit. They still have faith in Romo.

Dallas is commited to Romo for the next few years. He isn't going anywhere. He's still better than quite a lot of qbs in the NFL. He needs to quit turning the ball over and he'll be fine. That's the biggest problem I have with him...that and his attitude sometimes. I wouldn't mind having Garcia as a backup but hopefully Kitna will do better than Johnson did. And yea I do think Garcia is better than Feeley.

Well I definitely agree to all of that, but wouldn't you also say/agree that he's also not the most clutch QB either? lol. I thought you would of disliked him as a playoff QB, cause of some of the performances he's shown, or hasn't shown, late in seasons. The team not winning a playoff game is the team, not for everybody to blame him, but I blame him for not being a better clutch player. He seems to quit sometimes when the DE's are coming at him, instead of trying to find an open man. Just saying though.

Btw, speaking of this thread, and Dallas & McNabb, the NFC East QBs should have a nickname attached to each QB starting with "The" like they do with the Cleveland Sports Curse.

McNabb "The One That Can't Stay Healthy"
Romo- "The Un-Clutch, Unsung player (he's not really vocal, in that sense)"
Eli "The Overrated One"
Campbell "The Rookie (and he's in his, what, 3rd/4th year? lol)

The Philadelphia game, he choked. He choked big time. The year before though in the Giant game he played good enough to win. He didn't play great but Crayton missed an easy catch that he should have scored with and if he did the Cowboys would have won. The defense played bad in that game too. I'm going to give him another year..mainly because I have no choice. lol If he chokes again in December I think I'll make him walk the plank. lol

Very true Sonny. He has good games, he has bad games. He is talented, but I don't know- he can't seem to put the rest of what a good QB does and needs to be, together, to make it work.

i never celebrated the win prematurely, i celebrated the TD.

cause you and mike were saying how bad kolb was, and he hadn't even had one game under his belt before today's game. he's a rookie, and i think he played well regardless of his 2 INTs today.
