Thanks guys! It's still early, but I had a really early doctor's appointment this morning. Such a drag, having health issues, but at least I got the day off from work. My husband bought me the movie "The Great Buck Howard". Awesome movie if you haven't seen it.
I'll "thank you" guys more later!! Off to enjoy the rest of my day!!!

Many thanks everyone for the birthday wishes! It's always fun to come on the board on my birthday and see all the nice wishes from everyone! I know I'm not the best at making sure I wish everyone a happy birthday, but I'm trying to be better at it!

I had a great day! As I said, I had a doctor's appointment this morning. I purposely made it for 7:30am because I REALLY didn't want to go on my birthday! Fortunately it only lasted about 30 minutes.

Then I went home and that's when my husband gave me my present. He had bought me some beautiful roses with purple flowers mixed in and the most adorable card. It's one of those Hallmark talking cards with Charlie Brown in school. You open it up and you can hear the teacher "talking"... the "Wa wa wa wa." I'll have to read it again, but it's pretty funny!

I was so exhausted because I didn't get much sleep last night so I took a nap for a few hours. Then we went to get some lunch and then I went to work out at Curves. I've been trying to do that at least five times a week. Really you are only supposed to go three times, every other day, but I find that if I go Mon-Fri, I'm more likely to stick with it. After that we went to Costco to get my perscriptions filled from the doctor and then we went to dinner at this nice Italian restaurant on the Everett waterfront. It was pretty near closing time so it was nice to have the place kind of to ourselves!

It was nice to have the day off from work, even if it means that I have to work on Saturday to make up for it. Totally worth it! I hate working on my birthday!
