The science of funny is back in Season 2 (2008-9)!

At work, physicists Leonard (Johnny Galecki) and Sheldon (Jim Parsons) and their geek pals conquer the cosmos. At home, real life -- from dating to driving -- conquers them.

This season, Leonard gets a girl. So does Sheldon! Howard (Simon Helberg) drives the Mars Rover into a ditch. Raj (Kunal Nayyar) woos a terminator. Gorgeous girl-next-door Penny (Kaley Cuoco) falls under the spell of Age of Conan. And super-smart, überconfident Leslie Winkler (new cast member Sara Gilbert), reduces mere men to spineless jellyfish.

Bought it today! And might I note the change in packaging: rather than the cover sleeve (outer case) that was used in the first season, we now have the same packaging as Two and a Half Men's latest two releases which is with an amray case, however, it has the same kind of outer case as we used to get with Digipak releases such as Friends or How I Met Your Mother. Also similar to other recent WB releases such as "ER: Season 11."
