I was just thinking that all the time I have been on here I have yet to plug my radio show. Its called Twist A Go Go,I do it every Monday from 5 to 7PM and you can hear me online.


Go here: www.widr.org and click where is says "listen live" or "live websteam" or something along those lines, and there you be.
