Remember he strange clear colored goo that rained down from the sky in Oakville, Washington in August of 1994? What do you guys think the mysterious goo was? I don't have much of an idea, but I doubt it was any kind of bio or chemical weapon from the military; because under international laws, not only is practice of such weapons on civilian populations illegal but the government does not even HAVE them.

No I don;t believe it is bio-weapons. More like some idiot in a corporate plant somewhere that released the junk into the air and it got mixed into a cloud that eventuallly rained on Oakville.

There are companies who sell stuff that absorbs moisture in the air and then rains it down in "gelatinous goo" form. Some of those companies pitch their product with the aim at stopping rain storms from ruining major league baseball games and other large public events in florida. They say that when the stuff is released into the air it will combine with the moisture and move out over the ocean before it falls. I have a hard time believing that. How can you predict wind direction, speed of the storm's movement, etc. to ensure that it will be over the ocean, and not over a neighborhood, when it falls?

There are other things I've read about "seeding" clouds with something. I think I mentioned some of that in a thread named "gelatinous goo" a few months ago.

I kind of get the feeling that the stuff that fell in WA is like the moisture absorbing material in disposable baby diapers that prevents leaking. Initially, it's dry but then turns into a gooey substance once the diaper is wet.

Maybe "they" were experimenting with ways to make Washington state not so rainy and gloomy all the time?

I have no idea how the bacteria got mixed into the goo that fell in WA, but you know that the discarded baby diapers are full of bacteria... Don't know how you could get them to fly over a state and rain down poo goo, though.
