View Full Version : NFC East Quarterback Under The Most Pressure This Season
Wreckless 09-13-2009, 12:30 PM Tony Romo, Donovan McNabb, Eli Manning or Jason Campbell.
Romo- to win a playoff game, to win without T.O., to prove he's a leader and can be one. pressure to win a SB.
McNabb- he's under pressure because he is getting older and older each year he plays. pressure to perform & win a big game and a Superbowl
Manning- pressure to perform great, after the Giants threw $100 mil his way in the off-season. anybody with that amount of money has to prove they are the best in the league. and he is by no means the best in the league.
Campbell- to prove he can step up, get his team in the playoffs, and to prove he is not another rookie QB who will never be known/who will be unknown.
What do you think? Vote & Discuss.
Waterston_Fan 09-13-2009, 01:03 PM I voted all of them.
Campbell needs to show that he can lead the team to the playoffs.
Eli needs to show the he is worth 97 million dollars.
Romo needs to show he can win and win in the playoffs.
Donovan needs to show he can stay healthy and can win.

I have to agree. Very true.
Big C 09-13-2009, 02:42 PM I have to go with Campbell.
He hasn't even made the playoffs or had a stretch of great play like the others have.
TVFactFan 09-13-2009, 05:04 PM The QB with the least amount of pressure is Eli Manning

I agree. He has a SB ring. That take's a lot of pressure off.
I'll probably go with Campbell only because I think this could be it for him in Washington if he doesn't step up.

He better step it up in the 2nd half or he will get BLASTED by the Washington media tomorrow-lol

I'm gonna bench Moss for next week.. Damn it!!
GARFIELDKOOL 09-13-2009, 08:22 PM I'd say Campbell, me as a fan is really feeling it after today's game.
Brian Damage 09-13-2009, 08:38 PM Colt Brennan is waiting in the wings for the Redskins lol

He's on IR

Yeah probably. Not because he won a SB ring though. Because of the circumstances. Just because teams win SBs, doesn't automatically mean they have a good QB on their team. Who was TB's QB when they beat Oakland a few years ago, Brad Johnson? lol. Dilfer was the QB for Baltimore when they won it, and he's barely average, at best. That team was only known for their defense.

Who's your backup?
Wreckless 09-13-2009, 08:48 PM Campbell hasn't been in a game that I can recall though, where it was a total meltdown. Now, Tony Romo has.
TVFactFan 09-13-2009, 08:51 PM Who's your backup?
Johnathan Saunders, he went to Princeton
GARFIELDKOOL 09-13-2009, 08:54 PM Who's your backup?
Todd Collins
Wreckless 09-13-2009, 08:57 PM Johnathan Saunders, he went to Princeton
When I first read that, I thought you said "went to prison." I was like, that's not good LOL.
Waterston_Fan 09-13-2009, 09:13 PM I think Zorn wants his own QB but not sure who he'd want as his own QB.
Wreckless 09-13-2009, 09:16 PM Jim Zorn should step in and play QB. Watch him f*ck around and still be able to throw a TD pass, without throwing out his back lol.
TVFactFan 09-13-2009, 09:18 PM I don't crticize Jason Campbell much because he has a winning record against the Eagles-lol
I think 3-1

another post comparing the NFL to the Eagles.
f*ck if campbell has a winning record against the Eagles. it was the skins D that beat us in those games, not campbell. GK can clarify that.

pretty much sums up my feelings towards that topic as well lol. like always.
TVFactFan 09-13-2009, 09:31 PM Well he manages to play well against my most hated team so I ain't mad at the brother-lol
If he finds a way to beat the Eagles on MNF in 4 weeks his name will be J-Dog
LOL

you are crazy lol. they might have their backup in, if "J-Dog" doesn't step it up from now until then, so it won't matter anyway lol.
Big C 09-13-2009, 11:35 PM How many playoff games has Campbell been in?
None.

He just looks to goofy to be a QB sometimes, like Aaron Brooks who used to play with the Saints
