Whoo hoo!!!!! I know that Idaho isn't one of the top rated teams, but it sure feels good to know that my UW Huskies have ended their losing streak! Hopefully this will be the start of a WINNING streak! If only they could have played this team LAST week!! No offense to anyone who's an Idaho fan, though! Great game!!

Wow, I just posted this thread on a whim and wasn't sure there were many Husky fans on this board. I just couldn't contain my excitement!!!! I'm going to have to invest in some purple and gold shirts!!! I still have my UW Rose Bowl sweatshirt from 2001 and hopefully I can get a 2010 one as well!

I went to the Apple Cup several years ago and after a big fiasco mishap about the tickets (we realized at the last minute that they weren't included on this boat trip we paid for), we bought some at face value outside the stadium. The seats turned out to be in the end zone, right in Wazzu (Washington State Cougars) territory!. The Coug fans were fired up during the first part of the game but by the end when the Huskies won, they were noticeably quiet...:lol:

They were awesome last week and that loss must have been heartbreaking! I wish they hadn't had to play LSU first, though. Hopefully that will be their only loss. Then again, they've had several bad seasons, so it will take a while to build back up again.
