I LOVE Toy Soldiers!! I found a cassette with that song about 14 years ago and bought it. Some of the songs were okay, but I didn't listen to it much at all. I must have donated it or something. Thank goodness for Youtube!!! I just checked Youtube and she has a greatest hits CD out! I didn't know that she had done more than one album. Did she only have one hit?

I really liked Toy Soldiers. The funny thing was I had bought this old comic around that time, with its cover-featured toy soldier story:

I've got her second album Martika's Kitchen. I mainly bought it because Prince wrote four of the songs on there. The album isn't that good, but there is an awesome song on there called Love...Thy Will Be Done. Prince should have saved it for himself though. :lol: It's really really good. She did a great job with it and the video was pretty nice too:

Four years ago I saw her open for Pat Benatar with a band that she's now in (or was in, I have no clue if it still exists). It was quite awkward because I was in the first row and almost no one was at the concert yet.

i liked a lot of her pop hits, plus i always thought her records sounded very similar to the stuff madonna released in that 80s decade.
