A couple of weeks ago, I saw an episode of Forensic Files where a woman shoots her husband to death. While her daughter's in the shower, the wife turns up the radio so she didn't have to hear the gunshot. Both women then went out so the wife can establish an alibi. To show she was somewhere thinking about her husband, she buys a hamburger for him with a timestamp. When the cops arrived, they didn't see any signs of a break in. I forgot why she murdered him. At the trial, she plead not guilty, but jurors saw enough evidence to link her to the murder.

Does anyone know the episode name and/or season? Thanks a bunch.:)

Bed of Deceit. I don't know the original air date, but if I had to guess, I would say that it was first shown either in 2003 or early 2004. I do recall that it was shown during 2004, so I am certain that the episode is at least five years old.
