Mark McEwen, best known as the weatherman on CBS' "The Early Show," lost his lawsuit against the doctor who had not warned him of remedies to avoid the massive stroke that derailed his career and nearly cost him his life, according to the Associated Press.

McEwen had visited the doctor two days before the stroke. The lawsuit contended that the physician's misdiagnosis of stomach flu led to the catastrophic stroke.

That's terrible! I really like him and hope he's able to recover! I can't believe that they ruled in favor of the doctors!

I've always liked Mark. I saw him after the stroke. It's too bad he didn't win the lawsuit.
