named Stafford as their starting QB for the 2009 NFL season.

It makes sense because that's why he was drafted, no point in starting Dante Culpepper when you are payimg someone all that money

I agree. And sometimes, depending on the situation, I think teams that draft QB's at high picks should start them. Now, I know in Philip's case that was different and I think the same for Eli's as well.

Can't remember if Ben started after he was drafted or when he started for his team.

Tommy Maddox, right around Week 1/Week 2. Because the Steelers lost their first game under Maddox. He got injured, Ben went 15-0 lol. They went 15-1 for the season but I think they lost the AFC Championship?? Or they won the SB that year, either one, I can't remember.

It was about time lol. Not that he got injured, but he was done football wise- maybe that year would of been his last or second to last. The Ravens won as well.
