What the F*CK is he talking about?-lol That was a truly idiotic statement and just because they have Jay Cutler, Brett Farve, and Aaron Rodgers they are now the best Division in the NFC? What NFC East team does the Lions represent???-lol

So let me guess

Eagles-Vikings
Giants-Packers
Cowboys-Bears

They are a vastly better division, but the Bears have zero receivers, Brett Favre has to prove he won't break down like he did lasy year with the Jets and the Packers are a legit team.

I know, the skins will be tough, but I am very curious what wide outs for the Giants will step up.

One week from today...I can't wait. I'm tired of the pre-season.

Yea and the NFC East is still the best division from top to bottom.

I actually think the only division that should be compared with the NFC East is the NFC South.

Those are the top two divisions.

NFC South? With the Panthers and Bucs?

NFC South? With the Panthers and Bucs?

I'll give you Tampa as a bad team, but Carolina?

They went 12-4, had a good defense, and have arguably the NFL's best one-two rushing tandem.

Both divisions are similar in having three good teams and one bad team (Redskins, Bucs).

Other than the NFC East, I always liked the NFC North. They have that heated rivalry just like the East, except the Lions. But I am sorry, Jay Cutler to me is still a work in progress, he hasn't done anything yet.

It would have to be the Redskins

Maybe from an offensive and media point we are, but look: We have 3 SBs, Eagles have none, we have made the playoffs 2 times in the last 4 years, and we advanced once, the Cowboys hadn't won a playoff game in 13 years. There is no way in hell the Skins are the NFC East version of the NFC North Lions, especially when we went 6-6 in the division the last two years.

It's very possible that the Vikings, Bears, and Packers are all around 9-7 and 10-6. The Lions right now couldn't beat a pee wee team.

NFC East is the best division.

The worst team is still a .500 team.

Oh, how many games did the Lions win last year?

I think the Redskins are 100xs better then the Lions- a joke of a franchise right now.

That's what I was saying, Kyle. Just because we happen to stumble last in the division last year does not make us the Lions of the East. It wasn't like we were consistantly in last place. We always play the division tough, so you can't compare us and the Lions. But I guess finishing last in a tough divsion is good, but who's to say we will this year? Plus, we don't get respect in the divsion, I understand that, you have to earn that and we haven't. But, when it comes to media in the division, we gets none.

I resent that. We are NOT a bad team, we are not a good team, but we are not bad. You talk like we don't belong in the class of the other three.

I'd be extremely insulted if somebody compared my team to the Lions of all teams lol. Just because Washington happened to finish last (with an 8-8 record), and Detroit finished last (with an amazing 0-16 record  ) doesn't mean the teams are alike. I don't know how anybody would figure that anyway. Yeah you were 8-8 yet you beat us twice lol, and they were tough, close but gut wrenching games too. Can't wait to face you guys, along with Dallas & the Giants again this year ;). Nah you guys get no respect, yet even in the past, in the last 20 years or so, you've had as many superbowl wins as the Giants & Cowgirls.

I think what Chris meant, is not a great team, but not a bad team, at least that's what I think. That's why I think Washington will hover around 8-8 again this year.

Yeah, and I wasn't coming down on him personally, so I apologize for my defense. I am usually good at taking criticism, so forgive me if I came off kind of rough.

It would make my day to sweep the Giants this year. There is this obnoxious Giant fan at my job, you just don't know what it will mean to me if we beat them so his ass could STFU!

Fact is any team in our division could hover around 8-8 or win the division if they get hot. The NFC East is pretty much balanced. I don't take any of the teams for granted.

I wouldn't say that Sonny. All teams will be .500 or over, but I don't think a few teams will be that bad.
