Ever since Fox canceled "Arrested Development," the creators and stars of the show have been in talks about a feature film picking up with the series ended, but now those talks have stalled, reports the New York Daily News.

This isn't the first time things have been derailed; now it's not Michael Cera who's balking at the project, but Will Arnett, who is working on a new TV series, ironically with "Arrested Development" creator Mitch Hurwitz, the Daily News says.
