The Disney series "The Wizards of Waverly Place" has payed homage to the show that pioneered supernatural sitcoms "Bewitched". One of the characters on "Waverly Place" was named in honor of Darrin's boss on Bewitched. The Principal of the School the Russo kids attend on "Waverly Place" is named Mr. Larrytate.

Hi everyone, in another thread, someone mentioned that this show seems to be the best of the Hannah Montana/iCarley/Camp Rock genre. Do you think it's appropriate for a 7 year old?

I wouldn't think so it might be over their head. Sponge Bob would be more for a 7 year old.
