It was quite a surprise for me a few years ago to see Elvis Presley's 1957 film (the one in color) "Loving You", and recognize Skip Young as his sidekick in the early scenes of the film. Of course, he's the same kind of wisecracking ham he played on Ozzie and Harriet all those years. Does anyone know if this film was before or after his debut on the Nelson's show?

Skip's earliest O/H credit is Oct. 1956, The Kappa Sigma Party (but it's possible his known appearance list is still incomplete at IMDb). The Elvis film was released in July '57.
