Happy almost Weekend, Everybody!

Not sure if I am doing anything Friday besides babysitting my niece. I may go out tomorrow night.


Saturday i am going to see some live bands. A friend of mine who runs a forum is putting on the 5th anniversary of that forum a show tomorrow night with mostly rock and punk bands (5 bands to be precise), and some friends are coming out of town for that. Should be good times, and hopefully there is an afterparty.


Sunday is awesome too because I am going to a record fair. After two months I am finally going to buy some records.

Work on Saturday, church on Sunday - that's all I have planned so far.

I don't have to work tomorrow. On Saturday I'm going to my sister's Pampered Chef party. I'm not sure about Sunday.

Tomorrow I'm gonna go see "The Time Travelers Wife" with the beau. (and maybe getting a new phone)
Saturday I'm working (gag)
Sunday I'm working. (gag)

Oh man...it's the weekend before school starts! Dun, dun, dunnnn...
This week went by a little too fast for my taste. I'm probably going out Saturday night to dinner (maybe a movie?). I have some major room cleaning to do before school starts. And I need to get organized before school starts Monday. Yikes!

School stings the first couple of days, but you'll get used to it.

Well, this weekend looks like homework for me... tomorrow though, I think I'm gonna go clothes shopping, and also buy a graphics calculator for my stats class. Saturday, chores and more homework, and Sunday, I think I'm helping out at a barbeque, and going to church in the evening.. and yet more homework. :eek: :) Maybe there's some room for some fun in there somewhere too. :rolleyes:

Good Lord! Good luck with that homework. This is why I'm not going back to school. Homework sucks! Plus, I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed to boot.
Anyway, as for me, nothing (to my knowledge) except rereading Field of Blood so my cousin can buy me it's sequel (Haunt of Jackals) off of eBay. And I'm going to spend time with my family.

Cool!! If I went to a record fair, I know I would go nuts and end up spending too much money!!:crazy:

I'm going up north to see one of my favorite bands(in my sig). Already saw 5 shows on this tour!! Can't get enough of them!! Got a great fare flying into Indianapolis(I refuse to drive all the way up there), much cheaper than flying into Milwaukee or Chicago. Now I don't mind driving from Indy to Milw. though. Leaving early, early tomorrow morning for the airport.:rock:

I start voluntary work at the British Red Cross charity shop tomorrow. 1 - 5 p.m. I'm a little nervous but I'm hoping the experience will be beneficial.

Going to Kansas City Saturday on a day trip. Last hurrah before work starts back Monday.

i'm purging clutter too. i have so much crap around here, i bring stuff that is useful but not being utilized to the shelter and put it on the table in the community rec room. if its just plain junk i put it in the dumpster at work.

anyway this weekend i'll be:

- swimming in the pool (summer's winding down, not much pool time left)
- reading my phlebotomy book
- cleaning the house
- watching my msnbc doc blocks
