McGillicuddy 08-20-2009, 12:07 PM Theres fewer than I thought!
I was going to say Bob Hope, but he really wasn't a sit-com actor.
catlover79 08-20-2009, 12:24 PM I was going to say Karl Malden (who recently passed at the age of 97) but I don't think he was ever on a sitcom.

just to point out a spelling error you made: "McHale" is spelled with an H, and his first name was Quinton.
Also George Burns also had another sitcom in the early 60s called "SUSIE AND ME" or something like that. Whatever it was, I think it was on ABC and was short-lived.
treky 08-24-2009, 04:47 AM God bless anyone who makes it to be that old :D
I was watching something on TV a few weeks ago, and they were saying that in 20 years, it won't be unusual for people to live to be 1000.
But, as my mother pointed out "WHY would you want to live that long"?

It was called "Wendy and Me", and it also starred Connie Stevens (as Wendy), Ron Harper, and James Callahan (who later appeared in the syndicated Charles in Charge and died in his 70s). It appeared on ABC in the 1964-65 season (the same season when ABC aired The Bing Crosby Show), and Connie Stevens made a solo TV Guide cover appearance during the season, I think on the 5/1/65 issue.

I know. When I mentioned him last time he was 94 and he just turned 95 this past November.
Well many people will only consider him our one of country's presidents, but Ronald Reagan was also an entertainer and actor as well.
He was 93 when he died.
