He went to eat some dumplings, but instead Louie Anderson ate s**t -- and now the comedian is suing the Chinese restaurant he blames for the fall.

The former "Family Feud" host has filed a lawsuit against the Manchu Wok -- located in the Excalibur food court in Las Vegas -- claiming an employee dropped some kind of "foreign substance" on the floor, which Anderson later slipped and fell on.

Now, Anderson is looking to Kung Pao the place for some serious cash -- he's suing for more than $10k in damages.

OMG, he's crazy! $10k for falling? I can see him getting upset but was he even seriously hurt? I agree that the restaurant probably should make some kind of compromise, but they shouldn't have to pay all that money. Louie Anderson sounds like a greedy celebrity to me. If it were me who fell and was hurt badly, I might ask them to pay any medical bills but no way would I sue them for that kind of money. Sadly, I wouldn't be surprised if Mr. Anderson gets his way. Hmm.. if he knew that an employee spilled something on the floor, then why didn't he just avoid the area? Sounds fishy to me, since there isn't any mention of injuries. Plus this is on TMZ, which is a site that I take with a grain of salt.
