Rich fans of Marilyn Monroe can now spend eternity with the movie icon - the crypt above hers is for sale. Elsie Poncher is auctioning off her husband Richard's final resting place at Westwood Village Memorial Park cemetery in Los Angeles - for upwards of $500,000.
Bidding has started at that price on auction website eBay.com.
Entrepreneur Poncher's widow tells the Los Angeles Times newspaper she's keen to sell off the burial plot so she can use the money to help pay off the mortgage on her Beverly Hills home.
She says, "I can't be more honest than that. I want to leave it free and clear for my kids."
She claims her late husband, who died in 1986, bought the crypt from Monroe's former husband, New York Yankees legend Joe Dimaggio.
