I wonder when Season 6 will be released? It would be cool if they released Season 6 and Season 7 this year. It's been five months since the fifth season came out in March.

I'm getting pretty antzy myself. I look at my DVD shelf and see seasons 1 - 5 sitting there and I start to wonder if seasons 6 & 7 will ever join them. I hope we will see the last two seasons released but it has been a pretty long break between releases.

It's been over a year (13 months) since the last release of Family Ties. It doesn't look good. :(

Only Seasons 6 and 7 to go! I really hope the rest of Family Ties gets released to DVD soon! (And I would love for the pilot "The Art of Being Nick" and maybe even the "Trading Places" episode of "Day by Day" crossover included as a bonus.)

I wonder what's causing the delay in releasing Season 6. i can't think of any music off the top of my head that would delay the release. Afterall, Season 4 was released with At This Moment song.

Not yet. It doesn't look good. :( It's been 19 months since the last season came out in March 2009 (Season 5). I don't know when or if seasons 6 & 7 will be released.

I searched all over the internet for information about this and all I could find out is that this series is not currently on Paramount's radar but no explanation why. :mad:

It's been three years since season 5 was released. It doesnt look good for the last two seasons. What a shame.

Maybe Shout Factory will rescue the series. They've done it for other shows.

This, they have been great at finishing other TV shows their studios simply abandoned. Shout needs to pick up Perfect Strangers too while they are at it...
