This follows a "courtship" of 3,000 rides over ten years with the 80ft gondola ride called 1001 Nachts.
Miss Wolfe, 33, from Pennsylvania, will change her surname to Weber after the manufacturer of the ride she travels 160 miles to visit 10 times per year, according to reports .

JamesG 08-09-2009, 12:34 AM I wish I could marry Disney's Haunted Mansion.
Doodyville10019 08-09-2009, 12:37 AM I want to marry Space Mountain. That was the most awesome ride I've ever been on.

catlover79 08-09-2009, 12:41 AM I saw that on our local news the other night. Hey, at least he'll still be there in the morning.
Marvo301 08-09-2009, 12:46 AM Okay, I know marriage can be a wild ride but I don't think this is quite what they meant!
Schmoopie 08-09-2009, 12:47 AM Wow, now THAT's devotion! I hope that ride stays around for a LONG time! I can't imagine what she would do if they ever decided to retire the thing! She'd probably try to buy it from them! Wouldn't THAT be awesome, to have a ride in your backyard?

God, this has been a great day for news.
Chocoholic 08-09-2009, 01:01 AM If she gets tired of it, she can always ask for a divorce ;)

I was going to say something about lots of ups and downs but that just sounds dirty in this case.

catlover79 08-09-2009, 01:12 AM This story makes me think of the song from the movie The Last Dragon, the one sung by Syreeta and Smokey Robinson. It was called "First Time on a Ferris Wheel". I'll leave you with that visual, even though it's a roller coaster in this case.

I guess you can't help who you love!!
Adamantium 08-10-2009, 08:43 AM The story can only get stranger. I mean what happens when she wants to have it's babies? What then? First of all, they'd need their privacy, and then there's the whole thing about the little fairground ride growing inside her for nine months. And I believe giving birth is painful, just imagine how much more painful this would be. But I'm jumping the gun a bit. Right now they're just getting married.
This woman falls under the category of "It takes all kinds..." :)
catlover79 08-10-2009, 11:13 AM ^ Now that is just scary. I know that giving birth to humans can be extremely painful - try passing a mini roller coaster!! OWWWWWWWWW!!

...or perhaps it could be a half-human, half park ride baby? hmmm......sounds like a good premise for a possible upcoming Lifetime movie - "Baby Coaster"

Who would star? Melissa Gilbert? Kellie Martin? Tiffani Thiessen? Oh, the possibilities!

Not to make fun of the Baby Jessica situation at all but...
If it were to copy those events...
Lifetime Movies Presents, Tori Spelling in "Baby Coaster Down a Well." Also starring Daniel Stern as the voice of the Roller Coaster and featuring puppets from the Jim Henson Workshop as Daddy and Baby Roller Coaster. And with Dustin Diamond as a random jerk who takes a ride on the coaster.
catlover79 08-12-2009, 08:49 AM ^ Now that sounds more like Comedy Central than Lifetime.

It'd be funnier if they played it as a straight drama, lol. Tori Spelling screaming with tears rolling down her cheeks "MY BABY! SOMEBODY SAVE MY BABY COASTER FROM THIS WELL!!" ;)
catlover79 08-12-2009, 11:20 AM ^ Yes, unintentional comedy is often more funny than intentional.
