But I can tell you this much: it was a short-lived spinoff from the successful series ALICE, starring Linda Lavin. Polly Holliday played Flo Castleberry, a feisty waitress who left Mel's Diner to run a place of her own in Cowtown, Texas. It ran on CBS from March 1980 to July 1981. Not bad, as spinoffs go. I would buy a DVD of this show. If Sony can release Tabitha, Warners can release Flo.:) |
