The first one I joined was MySpace in late 2005. I joined Facebook shortly after that.

Facebook is the only one I've ever used.

Joined Friendster in 2002 or 2003. I think 2003. I didn't really do much with it, though. Myspace wasn't too long after that (either late 2004 or the start of 2005).
