Sorry, I just saw this thread. I actually bought a ton of stuff, and then had a major mishap when I checked out. I had a different credit card on file and when I went to change it, I saw that it had entered in two orders! So since they aren't open on Sundays, I have to call them before work to get it straightened out. Howevever, I've bought from them before, so I think everything will be okay. Just very frustrating!

I'm having a bit of trouble with them right now, unfortunately. I had ordered the stuff, and when I went to pay, I thought it would bring me to a screen where I could enter in my credit card info. Unfortunately, it just charged it onto the default one, which I had forgotten was in there. Well then when I went to change the credit card in my profile, it ended up charging me twice! I emailed them immediately and asked them to delete one of the orders. This morning I called them before work and was on hold for 15 minutes. The woman told me that they had already shipped BOTH orders, so now I"ll have to send one back. I'm really ticked that they haven't responded to my e-mail yet, so I don't know if I'll be using them again. But she did say that if I send the stuff back I'll get a credit. Still, it's pretty irritating. I thought for sure they would at least e-mail me back. Plus, the shipping is free with 5-10 day shipping so I figured I would have at least a day before they packed the order. I guess it's good that they are so quick, but I want to get this resolved ASAP.

Sorry, that promotion has expired. They usually have another sale later in the year though.
