Dustin Diamond needs to be saved by the bill, as in dollar, because he's been accused of owing the Department of Revenue some serious cash.

We got a hold of a tax lien filed in January in Ozaukee County, Wisconsin -- showing Screech owes $21,015.62 in unpaid taxes. An Ozaukee County court clerk told us as of two days ago, it still hasn't been paid.

We hear the t-shirt business is booming this time of year.

Wow, Dustin is going to make the rest of the cast seem a LOT more mature, isn't he? Mark Paul has already proved that by saying he's not worried about that stupid book that Dustin is writing. Good for him! I'm sure the other cast members will follow suit!

I have a feeling the other cast members feel the same way Mark-Paul does...and who could blame them??

Maybe he has a drug problem? I can't see how he ended up in debt so badly. Plus he's married. How can a good wife let her husband mess up so badly? He's a mess.

When did he get married? I hadn't heard that.

I could have sworn that he was married to the woman he introduced and mentioned on the reality shows he was in. or is it just a long-term relationship?

I was just going to post this story. I wonder if Dustin is going to find himself in jail soon. It certainly wouldn't surprise me. Wesley Snipes got sentenced to 3 years in prison for something similar not to long ago.

Dustin is married. I think he was married before 2003 because on the THS he talked about his wife's miscarriage and how he started some foundation to educate the public on ectopic pregnancies. I doubt that foundation is around anymore. Maybe Dustin is the type of person who lives way above his means and that's why he in massive debt. My friends works in foreclosures for a mortgage company and she says a lot of the people who go through foreclosures are people who live way above their means. I think the other cast members are doing very well compared to Dustin. Sure Elizabeth was in Showgirls and Lark is pretty much out of acting but at least they don't have debt problems or trash other people.

Sure Elizabeth was in Showgirls

Elizabeth only made $100,000 from that film. I'm sure Dustin made more from working on The New Class over the years and the Vh1 reality shows.

8. Royalties from the show?

When a popular show goes into syndication, the cast will receive some type of royalties each time a rerun of the series airs on television. The amount of money will decrease after each additional airing and after the episode has aired more than 13 times, the residuals the cast receives declines tremendously. When Dustin Diamond filed for bankruptcy in 2001, it was reported that he was making roughly $65,000/year just on Saved by the Bell reruns. That annual salary is higher than the national average.

Both Dustin and Wesley could not get a higher raise ahead of time in order to pay taxes on time and neither forget.

The reason is that they both had bad behavior, according to the public. When a person has bad behavior, they don't earn a higher raise ahead of time in order to pay taxes on time.

We should know now that Dustin didn't know that he became a pervert AFTER he was accepted into the DIFFICULT original class in a hurry and careless way and then got turned down along the way.

Dustin entered the new class to gain respect rather than difficulty from the new class members in order to gain more relief. I still don't care if he annoys Belding or not at the same time.

AFTER that new class ended too soon, Dustin didn't know that he became douche in the following.

That ghostwriter which Dustin got fabricated should be a real prostitute (male or female).

Whoever the people that Dustin should bash instead of the original castmembers should be both the original class producers and writers for accepting him in the difficult original class in a hurried and careless way.

He should have gotten help in the beginning, now he needs help in an extreme emergency.

LOL@Dustin Diamond owes the IRS a lot of money hahahahahahahahahaha. He'll be going to prison LOL. How come he never got a job after he stopped acting? If he had gotten a job and paid his taxes, he wouldn't owe the IRS. What's the deal with celebrities not paying their taxes? Singer Ronald Isley of The Isley Brothers went to prison for owing the IRS. Black actor Chris Tucker owes the IRS. I'm surprised he hasn't gone to prison.

He works as a stand-up comedian, I believe. If he didn't have a job, he wouldn't owe taxes. I'm pretty sure he just does gigs at small clubs and colleges throughout the country. These places most likely pay him as an independent contractor and send him 1099s at the end of the year. He should have been making quarterly tax payments all along.

Well it doesn't matter because the bottom line is he should've paid his taxes and he wouldn't be in trouble.

They already know the cause of what made him not paid taxes on time. It is not his poor behavior, it is the way he was included in the difficult original class too carelessly quick on the first place.

Yeah right hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha. He's gonna go to prison and get raped. He's gonna be somebody's bi*ch and that's sad but that's what happens in prison because there's a lot of crazy men there.

All public articles about Dustin Diamond explained that he's just only spending 120 days in jail, but he returns to court this December for further proceedings, but nothing mentioned about prison at all, period!

isiahthomas

Well he's lucky that he only has to spend 4 months in jail. That should teach him a lesson that he should pay his taxes.

But he will still get some private emergency help along the way, besides the taxes situation involved.
